The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Mining for potential customers to sell our services using top notch selling techniques in order to add new accounts to the company.
  • Follow up existing customers.
  • Answer questions about our services or the company.
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and collect information for closing deals.
  • Exchange information with the sales team.
  • Schedule meetings with customers to sell the company’s services.
  • Enter and update customer information in the database.
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
  • Report to direct supervisor.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience as sales executive.
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
  • Has a proven experience in selling digital marketing services.
  • Excellent knowledge of English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
  • Has a bachelor degree.
  • 2-3 years of experience.
  • Experience handling and converting large volumes of data into KPIs with narrative.
  • Presentable and tactful.
